For lending NBFCs

Deal flow filtered to your book.

Tell us what you lend against. You see only the secured raises that match your thesis, your rate band and your risk appetite, with the company diligence already online.

Matched to your thesis

Your profile records the segments you want exposure to, for example auto loans. A raise is shared with you only when it passes your thesis, your rate band and your risk appetite.

Deal flow filtered to a lender's bookMany raises on the left pass three filters in turn: the lender's thesis, its rate band and its risk appetite. Only the few raises that pass all three reach the lender's deal flow on the right.ThesisRate bandRisk appetiteRaises on the platformYour deal flowA raise is shared with you only if it passes all three.

Rate and risk that fit

Raises on the platform range from more secure paper to higher-yield paper. You set where you sit, and the deal flow follows it.

Raises from more secure to higher-yield paperRaises sit along a line from more secure paper on the left to higher-yield paper on the right. A lender's band covers part of that line, and only raises inside the band reach it.Your bandMore secure paperHigher-yield paper

Company diligence, online and screened

The platform's Level 1 screening is done before a raise reaches you. Your Level 2 diligence runs on the same files, and you record it alongside them.

Two-level diligenceLevel 1 is the platform's screening of the borrower, done before a raise is shared. Level 2 is each matched lender's own diligence on the borrower, run on the same files and recorded on the platform.Level 1: platform screeningOur team collects and reviews the company diligence online.A raise is shared with lenders only after this.Level 2: each lender's own diligenceLender Aon the same filesLender Bon the same filesLender Con the same files

Parity, and only your own position

Every lender in a raise gets the same security, the same terms and the same rate. You can see the total and how much is filled, but not who the other lenders are or what they hold.
